2nd Lost Tooth

Shortly after Jackson lost his first tooth, the one next to it also became loose.  He worked this one good for a long time too, but he would never pull it.  We tried to get him to do it or let Tom pull it, but no success.  He even had a dentist appointment to fill a cavity and get sealants... I though for sure they would pull it out since it was just hanging there.  We even told him the dentist would pull it.  But he came out from the appointment and said, "Mom, they only pull unhealthy teeth.  Mine is healthy so they didn't pull it!"  Ugh!  Later that day, he came home from school with a little yellow treasure box and his tooth was inside!  He was standing in line coming in from recess and he was drinking from a water bottle (a hot September day).  Well one of the kids in front of him bumped him while he was drinking and that was just what his tooth needed to pop out!  Tooth #2 was officially lost on September 10!  He is growing up too fast!
