On Saturday morning, our neighbors hosted an Easter Egg hunt for the neighborhood kids. Although there was still a lot of snow on the ground, the sun was out and it felt wonderful to be outside in the fresh air. Everyone brought a food item to share, and the Easter Bunny even made an appearance. It was great to get out and see neighbors for the first time in months. The kids enjoyed seeing friends and playing outside. Plus the kids got a nice sugar high from the Easter candy. Fun was had by all!

Morgan finally took a picture with the Easter Bunny. She
figured out that it was actually someone in a costume,
which made it less scary to her. I, for one, still find the
bunny costume a little creepy. |
