Jackson's Birthday Party

We finally broke down and did an actual friends party for Jackson this year.  He had been asking for one the last couple years and it just never worked out... and let's be honest, I probably didn't try too hard to make it work.  They are expensive and the thought of keeping a bunch of kids in line and corralled gives me a little anxiety.  But now that he is almost 8, and him and his friends are maturing, it was time to do it.  His choice for the party (with a little guidance from Tom and me), Sky Zone Trampoline Park.  It turned out that there was a snow storm brewing... and the morning of the party we got our first major snow of the season.  Roads weren't great, but everyone ventured out!  The kids had a blast jumping, playing dodge ball, more jumping, and all kinds of great activities there.  I think everyone was going to sleep great after this!  Thanks to the boys in Jackson's class and a few other close friends for making his birthday so special for him!  Now to celebrate his actual birthday with family next week in Nebraska over the Thanksgiving holiday.
