Homecoming

It's one of my favorite times of the year... there is a little crispness in the air, leaves are starting to change, football season is in full swing, and all kids are back into the grove and fun of school... which means that it is time to celebrate Homecoming.  There is just something about communities coming together to celebrate their high school!  Brings back so many fun memories from my childhood and teenage years.  The kids participated at their school with some fun things - crazy sock day, neon day, school spirit day.  The parade didn't disappoint this year either.  Fun as always.  With little toddlers in tow, our friends, the Kataniks, and us opted not to go to the game and instead ate out at our favorite Mexican spot.  We should have taken in the game though... they won!  The Cooney football team is off to a great start... undefeated.  The high school teams are going to have some stellar seasons this fall, I just know it!!

Sweet Emme wanted to take a selfie with me!
Love these girls!
Tom and Tim enjoying a few beers as the parade passes.
The mommas and the babes!
Some of the crazy kids we love!
