Grandma and Grandpa Visit

This past week, Grandma and Grandpa came to visit us from Nebraska.  It was great because they could stay for a little more than a week and they were here to help me out while Tom was traveling for work.  The kids also had a day off from school and the community Halloween Parade and Trick-or-Treating happened while they were here.  So it was a full schedule - I put them to work for sure.  I'm sure they needed a vacation from their vacation!

Getting in a little t-ball with Grandma.
Time to eat!
Let's start carving!
Typical 1st grade boy!
Good team work everyone!
Mmmm... Orange!
"He's weird!"  Doing his part to play the role accurately.
Parade time!
Yay! We ran into the Fenske's at the parade.
Jackson doesn't know who Doc was or what the De Lorean
was, but it was cool to see someone dressed like him.
This picture doesn't do it justice.  These leaves were just
the coolest thing as they fell onto the sidewalk.  Really
a beautiful sight, believe it or not.
Trick-or-Treating time!
We had the fire pit going in the driveway and we hung
out there to great the kids.
Cuddled up and watching the crazy kids come and go.
Tom's carving... there is a brain on the top.
Morgan's guy.
And Jackson's.  They really had some crazy ones this year.
Top view of Tom's.
Some more pics of TOT.
Grandpa and Noah snuggling.
Grandma has the touch.  Love!
Quick picture before school and Grandma and Grandpa leaving.
Sad to see them go!  Can't wait for January to come to see them again.
