So I'm just going to post some pictures from May and June to give you an update. So many little things to share but they don't really need their own posts... mostly just pictures of everyday life that I don't want to forget.
May 13-22: Celebration of Learning at school, college friends visit Wisconsin, random cuteness around the house
| Posing by her art work at the Celebration of Learning. |
| She loves Mrs. C! |
Noah hanging with Emme while her momma has a garage sale. Not a bad way to spend the day! :) |
| What better way to start the summer than with a lemonade stand? |
| Tired buddy fell asleep on a walk.... |
| and then woke up not so happy. |
Morgan enjoyed a sweet little princess lunch at her friend Ella's. Ella's momma sent me this sweet picture. |
Noah trying out his new bike helmet. Not a huge fan but he'll get there. |
| Who me? You think I made this mess? |
| He decided to climb into the basket... |
| and was upset when he couldn't get out. |
| Playing Frozen again... meet our Elsa. |
My sweet college friends, Ben and Amy, with their kids, Connor and Clara. It had been 11 years since I last saw them. So great to catch up. Thanks for visiting us Ben and Amy! |
A picture of a picture... Ms. LaGrange, the art teacher, took this picture at the Celebration of Learning and then had it posted outside her room. So I took a picture of it. |
June10-29: Sun fun at home, Father's Day, fun with friends and neighbors, getting crafty, buddy goodbyes, and family picture day.
Slip and Slide obstacle course fun with our neighbors. Love this time in our backyard! Thanks Jack, Rigg and Gia for playing with Jackson and Morgan. |
Earlier that day we were at the library to sign up for the summer reading program. Ready to "Read All Summer!" |
And after the water fun, they cooled off in the front yard with a new library book. |
A few days later, we enjoyed more fun outside. Noah tried his new water table and the big kids had friends over to play too. |
| Morgan with her best buddies, Parker and Ella. |
Jackson's last playdate with his best friend, Karthik. Karthik was moving later that week... thankfully only to Brookfield, so still fairly close. But Jackson is so bummed he won't be seeing him everyday at school. |
A fun night out with a couple friends! Look what I made!! I can't wait to do this again! |
| Thanks for organizing our outing Jenny and thanks for joining us Julie! |
| Father's Day weekend... |
| Thanks for being such an awesome Daddy, Tom! |
| Noah didn't like slipping in the pool... little too much water in the face. |
| All better! |
Family pictures complete! We all looked pretty good! So excited to see them when they are ready! |
| Selfie after pictures. Love you, Tommy! |
And a fun evening at the Mineshaft with the Katanik family! Loved hanging with you, watching the kids master the arcade games, and shooting a few hoops! |
And one morning before leaving for summer school... The Master and the Student! Noah loves Legos as much at Jackson. |
