Random August Pictures
Here are a few pictures that really don't fit a category again, just wanted to share the last few days of our summer... Work around the house, playing outside, football starting again, attending a wedding...
Catching frogs (or are they toads?) in the back yard!
Trying to make Noah happy while Momma takes another picture.
Selfie!
Tom with the Eaton guys at his co-worker Ben's wedding...John, Tom,
Ben, Josh, and Rob.
Eaton spouses... minus the new bride... me, Missy,
Elizabeth, and Jessica.
With my man at the wedding!
Noah tried out his Exersaucer for the first time!
Watching his first football games with Daddy!
Steelers Pre-Season!
Another first... trying out the Bumbo. He liked it here
but he has since refused. Not a fan.
Trying out the new Dunkin' Donuts in town while Daddy is away on a
work trip. Shh! Don't tell him we went without him!
Finding more frogs!! This one is definitely a frog.
Of course Morgan needed her picture with the frog too!
Swinging!
Attempting a quick Target run with all three kids!
Not a good idea!
Damn you, Mike! Telling us it would be not a hard thing
to replace this part of our sidewalk! Why weren't you
here to help?! This was the start to our Labor Day
weekend. Tom did the hard labor!
Ready to pour cement.
We added a few mementos to our project - a Lego,
a cross, a penny with Carters birth year, a tile from a
frame Tom was making for his brother, and a sea shell.
The finished sidewalk. Tom wasn't going to put up any barrier around the area as it dried. He laughed at my suggestion for roping it off and tying the bags to it... he didn't even want to do the saw horses. He figured people would see the obvious new, wet cement. I said no, do it! Guess what? We went to dinner, came home one hour later and there were two little foot steps in the wet cement. Hmm?? Guess we should have roped off a little better, huh, Tom?? Hehehe! Thankfully they weren't obvious.
Made some hand print garden stones with the leftover cement.
Poor Noah didn't get one, but Jackson and Morgan did great with theirs.
