Two years old! Can you believe it? Jackson turned two years old today! Our little baby boy is becoming such a big boy. Everyday he amazes us with something new that he has learned... He is using complete sentences and inserting pronouns properly. He is remembering songs and telling us what he does in his day. He counts to 10 and sometimes even higher. Singing his ABC's... Can you tell I'm a proud mother? It really just amazes me how much children learn in their first years.
We celebrated Jackson's birthday yesterday with a little party. Neighbors stopped by for a couple hours to enjoy some cake and to let the kiddos play. It was a fun afternoon, but everyone was pretty tuckered out by the end of the day. Then today, we enjoyed some family time and Jackson got to open up his presents. I think the birthday boy had a great couple days... he loved hearing "Happy Birthday" and telling people he was two years old (while trying to hold up two fingers).
