Granny's Visit

At the end of this month, Granny made a trip to see us.  What a fun weekend soaking in one of the last beautiful warm weekends of the fall.  We spent lots of time outside, including a fun day at the apple orchard.  And the kids, of course, got lots of cuddles in with Granny.  Thanks for making the trip to see us Granny!  We hope you can visit us again soon.

Ah!  Boys being boys on a late summer day!  That weekend, Jackson and
a couple neighbor boys were playing at their "hideout" by the dirt pile in the
hood.  It was so sweet watching the boys walking home after getting dirty.
(I know it is kind of hard to see them, but they are there.)
